2 Day Permanent Cleanse
Suggested Usage:
Days 1 – 2:
- Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
- Eat and drink lots of fluids while taking tablets.
- Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
- After your last 3 tablets, Wait 3 hours.
- You can drink lots of fluids, but do not eat during this time.
- After the 3 hours, Take ½ bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
- Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours.
Helpful Hints:
- Drink lots of water, unsweetened tea, and cranberry juice.
- Take 1 multivitamin a day.
- Sleep on clean sheets all nights of the cleanse.
- Do not drink alcohol.
- Do not wear any clothes that you have used in that have not been washed.
- Wait at least 24 hours from the time you finish your cleanse before you use your test kits or take a lab test.
Warnings:
Do not take this product if you are: pregnant, lactating, on a low sodium diet, have high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you are allergic to shellfish, kelp or iodine.
