5 Day Permanent Cleanse
Suggested Usage:
Day 1:
- Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
- Eat light and drink lots of water and unsweetened tea during this time.
- Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
Days 2 – 5:
- Take 3 tablets an hour for 5 hours.
- Eat light and drink lots of water and unsweetened tea during this time.
- After your last 3 tablets, Wait 3 hours.
- You can drink lots of fluids, but do not eat during this time.
- After the 3 hours, Take 1/4 bottle of Elixir in 4 ounces of Orange Juice or Spring Water.
- Do not eat or drink for 3 more hours.
Day you go:
- Urinate 2-3 times.
Helpful Hints:
- Avoid unwanted toxins (alcohol, coffee, vinegar, cranberry juice, prescription medications, goldenseal, sect.) for a minimum of 24 – 48 hours before starting your process.
- Drink lots of water (not over 64 ounces a day,) unsweetened tea and take 2-3 multivitamins a day.
- Make sure your urine is yellow, if not take a multivitamin.
- Urinate Frequently
